The only time that I am able to exercise is in the morning but I have been having such a hard time getting up, I just cant seem to do it no matter how hard I try. I set my alarm clock and I tell myself that I am going to get up in the morning but I never do. I use to be able to get up right away but now I cant. I really am one of those people that must exerice because I have a very slow metabolism so I must. If you have any tips to help me get up in the morning so I can run that would be great. Thank you.

going to bed earlier is the only way...the sleep that you get before 12:00 am is the most restful. so the earlier that you go to bed the quality of your sleep should improve so it should be easier to get up earlier. going to bed late and getting up early does not work.

You have to make it a routine,then it is a lot easier. As soon as I drop my kids off to school in the morning, I am on the treadmill for at least an hour, sometimes longer.
