Hi I currently have a cream deep pile carpet on my stairs and landing but unfortunatley our puppy had a couple of accidents on the landing part of the carpet, and no matter what we have tried, nothing will clean it completly. So I want to remove the carpet from the landing but leave it on the stairs. I do not want to put more carpet down but Im at a loss as to what i could put on the floor that will be primarily safe and easy to clean. I have children too so it can't be slippery. Underneth the carpet on the landing is chipboard.

I have nearly always worked in male dominated fields so have had little interest or need for makeup and pretty clothes, I tend to buy black and practical. My man would like me to become more 'girly' in my attire but I really don't know where to start. He is happy to come shopping with me, but what sort of basics should I start with? I am in my late thirties, medium build and we go to the movies, theatre, art galleries, etc.

and I recently learned of a movie that bashes God, and filters kids minds that Christians are bad? The man made his books against C.S Lewis' Chronicles of Narnia, and wrote a triolgy to promote his side. Also, having big celebrities to promote the movie. I find amazing that there was not one single big actor in Narnia, but made millions. How great is that.

My dad's been sober a month. He was sober for 4 years before this year because my grandpa died the day after my older half brother's 12th death anniversary who died of leukemia at 28. My dad kept on drinking after my grandpa died even though it was my maternal grandpa he was close to him but my paternal grandpa's still alive. And if my dad ask my mom to pick up a 12pack of Michelob, she doesit. My mom's never drank but a half of bottle of beer and a few glasses of wine in her life. She hasn't drank in 25 years. She buys it because my dad gets mad if she doesn't. My dad drinks up to 5-6 beers a nite sometimes just 2-4. It aggrivates me cuz if I ask him not to, he says, " Why don't we just perfect the world to your liking." In a snobby mean way. It makes me hurt because he's a great man and he's Christian and he just drinks sometimes. Now he's drinking a coke. But sometimes he'll get drunk and act crazy and wierd. Please help!!! Thanks?!><>

I have an Acer Aspire 3050 that has a 14.1'' screen that is shattered. Well I found a 14.1'' screen on ebay that came out of a Gateway 5150. Would it still work in my Acer even though it is from a Gateway??

Please no advise on buying from ebay, just wondering if the screen would work. Thank you :)

I had to get a temporary restraining order against my husband, for Domestic Violence...Verbal abuse. My court hearing is coming up in 2 weeks. I have a 9 month old son whom is also on the protected order from his father. Does anyone know what I can expect, I have no money, I tried speaking to a lawyer and they charged me $100 dollars for a bunch of lawyer talk that didn't help much just to explain my case, then for them to help me for one court visit it would be $5,000. I just bought a movie that I had thought had been eith destroyed or misplaced where I could never find it.
