I have a VW polo. A few weeks ago the starter motor had to be replaced and since then (I don't think it was doing it before but I can't be sure) whenever I use the car and the engine has stopped there is a clicking/ticking sound coming from the front of the car. Has anyone got any idea what this could be? or what could cause it? is it anything to worry about?

Hi. I am a mother of 3 small children, 5,3,&1. My husband has been in a prison camp for the past 13 months. We went to visit him last Christmas, which was my one year olds first. I want to keep the children at home this year and let them enjoy a normal Christmas with familiy. Am I wrong to not want my children to spend another Christmas in a prison camp. We visited him again in June of this year, he will be home in March 08. P.s. His crime was nothing bad like drugs or anything, he is a really good man. His charges are from a civil lawsuit. Am I being selfish, my husband says it's ok to stay home for Christmas but I am really torn. Please help....
