Why should we stay? It appears that most of the Islamic people don't want the "infidels" on their soil.

The world "Destroy" in (9:30) is wrongly translated n the most suitable word for that is "condemn" , I told you you better read that in arabic as arabic is too defficult to interperet .

Alhumdulilah Islam gave women their rights 1400 years ago. The instructions for how to treat women, mothers and wives are blessed and giving. We are not slaves to anyone but God alhumdulilah. You can not help me in anyway but to stay out of my life and away from my people. I am so grateful to have left Christianity to become Muslim and left America to live in a Muslim nation. I have the same rights here I had in America and more for that matter.

Islam has given the highest position to womankind on earth, while Europe and the West were wallowing in the dregs of degradation and savagery. Islam had accorded women a position of honour, respect, safety and love, that has not yet been matched to this day, let alone being superceded and excelled.

First statistics show that the rates of STD, are by far less in Islamic societies than in western societies. now this is a non deniable fact. in Islamic societies, we don't have 80-90% of women losing their virginity before marriage.

Second What you are talking about is called "enjoyment marriage" and it's only legalized in an off shot of Islam called shi'a .. The prophet (sas) forbade this type of marriage. period

plus it's not a prostitution because there is a marriage contract.

third .. Men and Women are educated in all Islamic countries .. the reason why Taliban didn't allow women to get educated is not Islam but poverty and security reasons

Finally in Islam the man who rape get killed not just punished .. and the victim is not punished unless she made something which deserves punishment (like in Saudi case).

In some countries, Islamic men treat women badly, like chattel, but that's not an exclusive or universal trait of Islam. Christianity, in a strict interpretation of scripture teaches that women are worth 1/2 of men, that women are to be subject to their husband's will.

It's the interpretation and application of scripture that does damage.

You are ignorant. It doesn't say to "pray to Muhammad" anywhere in the Quran. Islam, unlike all those other "religions" is the only religion where we believe in one God....PERIOD. No holy spirit, trinity, or other things that just go against the concept of God. We only pray to Allah(God). We don't need to confess to priests or buy salvation or any such ridiculous crap. Yes, massive political and economic pressure should be applied to any country that practices Sharia law and doesn't grant basic human rights to women.
Military force may be necessary depending on the circumstances, but human rights violations alone aren't enough to warrant it I think. If they harbour terrorists and have totalitarian theocrats in charge, then yes, definitely. We would want the same if we were in that situation, right?
