For instance if we have CaO+H2O->Ca(OH)2
and want to find out how much caclium hydroxide will be
produced when 10g of calcium oxide reacts with 3g of water?
What is the reason/s why we cannot do a direct gram comparison instead of converting to moles to find the limiting reactant? Please help thanks!

im going to write a story on Buddy4u and i was wondering which story i should write about;;

-a girl who gets shipwrecked on an island and meets someone who was also stuck there

or

-a girl at a holiday party or celebration and haes it so she runs away.

I was sexually and mentally abused by a close family member when I was little. It went of for years. I now have a little 6 month old girl and can't help but be extremely protective of her. The thought of her going through anthing like I did terrifies me. My partner says I have to trust somebody and give her some space when she is older, but I know first hand that abuse is rife and it is usually the people you least expect doing it. Once it happens its too late, the damage is done. How can I stop myself being too over protective whilst ensuring she is safe

There's a show up here in Canada called "Just for Laughs: Gags." Basically, they put hidden cameras out on the street and set them up for a joke; kind of like Punk'd with circus/elevator music and no speech. Anyways, this one skit just aired where they had a few Muslim men praying in front of a parked car, acting totally obvlivious while the driver wanted to get out (one asshole even used his horn to get them to move). Personally, I'm an Canadian aethiest, and I found this personally offensive. Just curious as to how the Muslim people feel.

recently i did not have full sexual intercourse, and the guy i was with did not ejeculate but i was drunk.i remember getting home, i can retrace the entire evening, i can remember everything i drank, who i was with...even the song that was playing when i left the club.i did not pass out at any time or throw up even.but i cant stop worrying that i could be pregnant and its ruling my life.i know im stupid but i think its messed up my whole body im so stressed.how can i calm down?!!

I currently an taking elavil 200mg at night, and .5 klonopin when needed. the Elavil has reduced my symptoms but my days are still being ruined unless I take my klonopin, i tried other ssri's like effoxor, paxil, cymbalta, ive also completly withdrawn of knlonpin twice so its not withdrawl,. any help, i breathe right eat right and meditate once or twice a day as well.

The potentially uneasy part is that she was very young when he was inspired by seeing her picture in a paper. The lyrics are not ones you would associate with being about a child.
