when I make an animation picture, it cycles through all the pictures. But, after I save it andopen it up again it doesn't. What am I doing wrong? PLEASE HELP!!!

and I saved it as a .gif file

I uploaded the saved .GIF file to photobucket, and there was no animation. it was just one picture in the animation

and I just noticed something. i have 0-8 llayers. and when i save it there is only a layer 9?? wtf?

Make sure you are saving the file as a GIF. When you open it in photoshop again, it will not display it as an animation, but rather just as one of the images in the animation series.
Try saving the GIF animation, and then viewing it in a program other than photoshop.

Are you saving it as the right file type?
An animated file is usually a GIF.

Well you actually have to save it on GIF on animation pictures and if you already did there is probably something wrong with your photoshop program. ©
