You get silicone sealant remover from DIY stores,
If you just want to tidy it up instead of getting rid of it, then a sharp knife (carefully) will do it.

I use Lift-off Silicone and Latex Caulk
Remover on an acrylic shower and it worked fine. It doesn't really dissolve the caulk, but it softens it and loosens it so it can be easily scraped off with a plastic scraper. Available at large home stores in the paint and caulk area.

yes there is actually a silicon sealer remover. B&Q may have it, or ask a window fitter.

you can buy a remover from B&Q that will remove silicon from any upvc frame
It cost's around £6.00

Petrol eats silicone.Not sure what it will do to the upvc though.

go to a window manufacturer or a place that sells plastics ..they sell solvent for that purpose

dont think there is one,only other way is to cut it away with a sharp blade,stanley knife or similar
