A private sale of goods contract was drawn up between two individuals. The original cannot be found but there is a photocopy of the original date and signed contract. Can this photocopy be used to legally enforce the contract or can this only be done if the original is found ? Thanks.

Is now most likly out for the Season and possibly ever ~!
WIth LJ already out this Beat up KC team now will bring in Kolby Smith a rookie drafted this year in the 5th round out of Louisville....Smith looked alright in preseason even though he wasn't ever playing with the entire first string.....This means that the Chiefs will have a Rookie starting at QB with Brodie Croyle ,and RB with Kolby Smith,,,,and lets not forget Dwayne Bowe who is looking great so far................~!

Can this team compete in a weak AFC WEST and finish out the year on top ????

The Kingdom of Heaven is not entriely populated by good or Satan and other fallen Angels could never have lived there before being cast out.

Souls too which are good enough to be in heaven will not all be equally good. Some may have just scraped past the test while others will have passed with flying colours.

So given a very mixed society, densley populated with the souls of billions of people who have died since time began, what is going to make it any better than living on Earth?

Is it likely that the soul of a caveman will get on well with the soul of a computer geek. Will there be problems with the neigbours leading to further divine judgements in the highest court in the universe and more sentencing of lost souls to the penal facility of Hell.

Whats the point in going there. It seems pretty much like Earth.

Can anyone in their right mind say "that's what the sharia law says"?

How on earth can laws made in 7th century be applied to modern day society? What is wrong in a woman being seen with a male who is not her relative? Can somebody answer with some amount of logic (without quoting suras)?

I'm a socialist and sympathetic to many causes like the Palestine, but incidents like these make me believe that Islam can bring nothing but horrible things to our society

Everytime I see people asking about unique baby names, their answers are incredibly rude more often than not.
Anyone who actually happens to like the name gets a bunch of thumbs down, and the asker gets tons of responses of, "How about Ashley?" or "I like John instead."

What is this!? As a huge fan of unique names myself, what is it with people that they want to name every kid in the world John? I don't get what's wrong with uniqueness.

Also, they get tons of answers saying "kids are cruel."
Well, I don't know where you grew up, but I have never in my life heard anyone get made fun of for their name.

Somewhat unrelated, but it's a huge pet peeve of mine on here that people offer suggestions for baby names that are complete opposites of what the asker is looking for.

I just don't get it. It's called variety. No need to stick to names that are 500 years old. How do you think those names ever came about? People made them up. It's like the circle of life for names.

Is it true that depending on your star sign 'you are sexy' or 'your gonna be hot when you grow up' . Because I`ve seen alot of PISCES GUYS that I know are hot and sexy(espeically pisecs woman i heard that when they grow older they are alot more sexier) and the AQUARIUS&TAURUS GUYS&GIRLS(well a few).
