Personality is the most important factor in a relationship. Of course there has to be some physical attraction. Physical attraction is the Beginning .The tricky part after that is having compatible personalities which is the lasting foundation of a relationship.Having compatible personalities, you'll find having similar interest as well. Interest and personalities are link. why do you think most relationships fail? Because people today tend to go on looks instead of compatible personalities. Trust me on this one!

Guys are initially attracted by looks... but that only goes so far.... similar interests and beliefs are important long term for a guy. Being honest and upfront about likes and dislikes works for the shortterm. I personally love it when a girl brags about me or shows keen interests in the things I do, but the most important thing is to laugh at the knock knock jokes...

I don't care what anyone says, first thing a guy looks at is physical attractiveness.
After that, sense of humor, personality and intelligence. I've met many women who looked great when I met them and didn't look so good after talking to them.
Don't talk about money and possessions because it will make you look like someone who is only interested in money.

I look for at least semi good lokking women (:). i look for the strengths and weaknesses, i dont like snobby women, and i just want them to be a REGULAR person (not a hick, snob, or something like that)(I dont have anything against hicks except they need to care more about life)
I also like if there sexy or not thats the big thing.

I'm not a guy but Id like to say that all DECENT looking men look for sex and they have horrible personalities. All the ones who aren't so good looking and have AMAZING personalities look for the good things like a girl who is caring, sweet, intelligent and etc..

They don't like girls that try to get them to like them. Well, I don't, at least. I like a girl that can make me laugh, understands my jokes, and likes the same things I do. Also, I'd rather that she were pretty, but I don't really care about looks.
