wmplayer.exe - Bad Image
The application or DLL C:\PROGRA~1\Google\GOOGLE~2\GOEC62~1.DLL is not a valid Windows Image. Please check against your installation diskette. ....... I have tried uninstalling Windows Media Player 11 to rollback to the previous version. The same thing happened. I think it started when I downloaded a few skins from the Microsoft Downloads site.I have removed the skins, did online scans, search for GOEC62~1.DLL with Google Desktop Search and the source seems to be in my My Documents, 'Reports' Folder which consists of read-only documents... I have also tried system restore, didn't help either. ... Is it a virus, spyware, malware or whatever? How to overcome this?

I was pondering the news story about the Saudi rape victim being punished for violating a (Quran based) law forbidding women in public with non-relative males. The law is designed to protect women but it seems to me that if men were held accountable for their own actions, this law would not be necessary.

It also occurs to me that some other religions tend to blame women when men commit sins, Christianity being one of them. What underlying message is given here about the strength of a man's faith when "sins" can be so easily passed off as the woman's fault? Are men truly so weak as to not be able to accept responsibility for their own behaviours?

I am not married and still virgin. Some times i use to masterbrate 2 or 3 times in a month. As normal i had private hairs right under there. Since 6 months i have noted that the hairs are growing also on my penis. I remember once i cut them off when there were only 2 haris but not shaved with razor. Initially they were a few in numbers but now i have nearly100 hairs on my penis. They are all under side of the penis or on sides of the penis. I am very worried if they can be harmful for my partner? Please tell me if i can shave them?

I am an Atheist. However, a good number of my discussions here have me attacking other Atheists who are making arguments that I can't agree with (some just don't make a lot of sense). Am I the only one who does this?

Christians, Atheists, Muslims anyone? How quick are you to call out someone of your faith who makes a questionable argument or do you just go along with them in the name of unity.

Romeo is chucking pebbles gently up to Juliet’s
window, and he wants the pebbles to hit the window with
only a horizontal component of velocity. He is standing at
the edge of a rose garden 4.5 m below her window and 5.0 m
from the base of the wall ( as in the lower Fig). How fast are
the pebbles going when they hit her window?

I am close to filing for divorce. I have tried the counseling, my husband refused to go with me. He is just an unreliable, undependable, self-centered, narcassistic man. We fight constantly and I know it must be tearing my kids up (7 and 8 yo), but I am scared what divorce will do to them. I know its not sane to live in a house where there is no love at all. Are they really better off with us divorcing? My husband comes from a divorced family and I honestly think that is the root of half his problems.

The ruling Left Party, called CPM , has been practsing all corrupt means to clinge to POWER ignoring the poor mass in the name of 'SEZ".There's no real democracy in this State & every Election inj that State is a sham. They use their cadres (mostly crminals) to do the Job . No Free & Fair Electoral Roll ever existed there , nor, there is Free & Fair Election for last 30+ years when Communism is totally irrelevant & the Party Leaders are thoroughly corrupt. The same symptom was visible in the East European Countries when the USSR had collapsed & the Communist Leaders knew their days were numbered in Poland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia,Ausria etc. All were busy emptying the coffer as fast as they could. The CPM Leaders are doing the same.

Pilgrims and Puritans had similar dreams. Both wanted to see their country blessed. But each had different views of how to go about it. In serving their God they had a different set of priorities. Fortunately the New World was a big land. And America provided a lot of elbow room for people of different persuasions to go about their business. It also offered many new opportunities. And so when they came to America the Pilgrims and Puritans began to flow together and complement one another.
FOREFATHERS" SIGNED A DOCUMENT. THIS WAS THE COVENANT KNOWN
AS THE 'MAYFLOWER COMPACT'. THEY WERE BINDING THEMSELVES
TOGETHER AND BEFORE GOD AS 'ONE BODY POLITICK'. THIS BECAME
A FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLE FOR ESTABLISHING THE AMERICAN NATION. -http://endtimepilgrim.org/puritans11.htm

In a recent post, I saw the same old lies being hauled out about the Catholic Church. So, here I go, trying to right the wrongs again:

1) We do NOT worship Mary. Prayer is not worship. Praying to Mary is simple the act of asking HER to pray for US, just like you protestants ask your friends to pray for you.

2) To the person who said "I don't need a pope": Well then you have a problem with Jesus, because he established the papacy in Matthew 16 and John 21 and made Peter the first pope. There is an unbroken line of popes back to Peter: http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/12272b.htm

3) We do NOT teach a different gospel. The Catechism states:
"Justification has been merited for us by the Passion of Christ.. ..It conforms us to the righteousness of God, who justifies us. It has for its goal the glory of God and of Christ, and the gift of eternal life. It is the most excellent work of God's mercy" (section 2020).

Don't you Fundies ever get tired of lying? Isnt that a sin?

But sometimes my words get mixed up. Once I said I had nose in my water and I meant I have water in my nose.

It funny but in a way its not.

Personally I feel that stem cell research is good. We need to find ways to cure diseases and not just treat them. I feel that stem cell research is not destroying a human life because it doesn't have a conscience. It is not wrong. My Fiance's father and has Parkinson's Disease and her grandfather died from complications of that disease. I am with Michael J Fox all the way to finding a cure. I want to know everyone elses opinion out there about Stem Cell Research.
