Their ability to approach people without a load of prejudice... until later, when their heads have been largely filled with mush.
Our daughter smiles and cuddles with several of our friends, without so much as a twitch at different skin colors, accents, or anything.

Children are always exploring and trying to have new experiences. That's something I think we forget as adults as we grow up and fall into our daily routines. I think life would be more exciting if people were willing to explore their surroundings a little more and try new things.
BTW: I like what Spacer C said too.
