If you are using Yahoo as your email and you are checking your mail on the web then you could simply click the spam button and this will block them.
However, if you are the victim of a spammer then the address listed in the "FROM" field may be spoofed and continually changing which would make the above suggestion ineffective.
If you are the victim of a spammer then the advice changes... if this is the case you will want to enable viewing of FULL HEADERS and forward that header informaiton to the Federal Trade Commission at spam@uce.gov they handle spam, abuse, fraud, etc..
You will also want to read the header information for the x-originating-ip and received from IPs and perform a WHOIS or a TRACERT to find out which ISPs it is coming from and send that forwarded info to their abuse department as well.
Good Luck

In yahoo mail you just need to open up your mail page and then go to the top to options and then go to block addresses and then put in the persons email address that you don't want to recieve.

Add to your block sender's list (or Junk Mail). It depends on what email program you are using.

That is quite hard to answer, you need to tell us what email client you are using? Are you using Microsoft Outlook for example? Or are using something like Microsoft Hotmail?
With Hotmail it is easy if you go to the options section, there should be a function for it there.
