We just got this cat yesterday and I will be petting her on her head really gently and she will bit me and claw me and then hiss at me. Last night she gave me this glare that was kinda freaky. Is she playing or should I get rid of her? I can't take this everyday.

It seems to me that there are many different messages being preached and taught in churches today and the true Gospel of Jesus Christ is rarely taught. Today it seems most churches preach decisionism, prosperity, how to become a better person, how to work your way to earn salvation, how to aviod the fires of hell, and how to get that free ticket to Heaven. Very rarely do you hear messages about repentance, turning away from the wrong doings of the world, becoming a New Creation in Christ and being led by the Spirit. I have been learning Greek and my first translation project is on the book of Galatians. I have also done historical, cultural studies on the first century when this was written. I found that the message Paul wrote to the Galatians is what we need to day. Many churches have deserted the true Gospel and have been lured to other messages. Does anybody know what I am saying? What are your thoughts?

Hi,

where does the chain of intelligent designers end? if you're not going to evoke god into the discussion of intelligent design, you must reason that even the designer had a designer. and his designer had a designer as well. and so on an so forth. so where does the chain end? is it logical to assume that something as complex as an intelligent designer either just happened out of nothing or always existed?

I am taking my boyfriend on a carriage ride in central park in new york city as a suprise. Do I call for reservation or just show up? And where do I go? I got my wisdom teeth removed yesterday, and was prescribed generic Percocet for the pain. However, I would like to be able to drink wine with Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. Under NO circumstances are you supposed to mix alcohol with this drug.

Most of my pain has already subsided, so if I stop taking my Percocet tonight, would I be able to drink wine tomorrow afternoon without any risk?

People use this word alot in here, and it is most often used as if everyone agrees that there is only one of these, and they all ascribe the same attributes to it.

I doubt everyone has the same definition of god. Sooooo, when someone asks "do you believe in god", what do the mean?

I assume they mean the god of the bible, but I could be wrong.

Has anyone here had an ectopic pregnancy? I'm seven weeks pregnant, had a m/c 2 months ago and having pains on my right side where I'm thinking my ovaries are. I had it last night, went away this morning and now came back. It's the same type of pain as when you run and get those stings in your side, only that it's on my right and lower....just wondering....or is that just early stretching?

I can tell you basically why. I wont get into details.
-at my school, its basically if you dont act and look preppy like everyone else, you dont have any friends. i look how i want to and i get called a "wanna-mo/emo f@g"
-all my "friends" ditch me all the time. i could be crying in a corner for the hundreth time right in front of them and they wont ask me wats wrong.
-i've never had real friends, i've never fit in and the sad thing that i just realized is, its never ever been better.
it's been like this in all my years of school. as you can tell its nice to be me, eh? :)

i'm not bullied as much as i am ignored.

but im called alot of names.


did this happen to anyone else?

i need someone to talk to. someone with an evil mind so i can plot against them :k
