just wondering because guys always talk about how much they like to bang pregnant chicks and how hot it is to have sex with pregnant girls since their hormones are raging and they're always horney....well ive noticed lately im always tired and dont want to have sex with my boyfriend. i am still 100% attracted to him but its just that im never in the mood...always feeling to icky or tired. and if we do have sex he needs to initiate it and start everything...is this abnormal? just wondering since everyone always says how horney pregnant girl are...

I can't count the number of times I've heard people quote Ephesians 2:8

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God."

While I believe this is true doctrine, I also believe what James 2:20 says:

"But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead."

In other words, Christ alone has power to save. Nothing we do of ourselves can bring us salvation without the blood of Christ. But just confessing that Jesus is the Christ cannot be enough. We must show him we love and follow him by the things we do (keep the commandments, etc.).

Matthew also says:

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven"

That is what "works" are to me--doing the will of the Father. Why does so much of Christianity have a problem with the concept of works?

You know how there were some special Scooby Doo shows where the Mystery Gang meets some famous person or group, etc. in each episode? I think the first episode they met the Three Stooges, and one time they met Herbie, Batman and Robin,etc.

I remember some strange stuff from my childhood. Apparently they worked.

I was prone to sore throats. Mom would take some kind of cloth, fill it up with melted Vicks Vaporub and tie it around my neck. Dad would make hot water with lemon juice in it and make me drink it.

Serial killers, murderers, rapists, druggies, ecetera.. Many of them say they were born this way or that they felt different from everybody else when they were young. Are they placed on this earth to be evil and commit sinful, murderous acts of violence? God has a plan for all of us and I know that everyone has their own freedom of choice but what if some individuals are just born evil? if that is even possible...Yet they are part of God's plan or somebody else's plan that God has for each one of us. And if they are predestined what part do they play in God's plan. And is it possible for them to change their ways and mentally unstable minds?

So I'm 14, and I was sitting around in my room, feeling just a little glum, when I spotted a measuring triangle with these tantalizing, sharp edges. I have no idea what I'm saying right now, but I kind of just grabed it and scratched myself all over my forearm. I don't think I'm UNHAPPY, I think I was just curious or something really trivial like that. I feel very ashamed, and am not going to do it again, but in the meantime, I need a way to hide the cuts. They aren't very deep at all, but they are swollen and take on a crimson hue. I tried coverup, and that hardly worked. And I don't know if I have enough long sleeved shirts...I'm not sure if there IS any other concealer though.

Just so you know, this was NOT for attention. I think I'm losing my head, in the meantime :). Sorry to inconvenience you all.
