It appears there may have been an error on the report, your glucose level should be above 0.0.

Contact the firm that administered the test and the provided the report to you.

Let them know about your concern that the results were reported incorrectly. They should either re-issue the results, or re-administer the test.

Also, contact the insurance agent, and/or the insurance company and let them know your issue and concern that the results were issued incorrectly.

Also, if the test is not done and results are not reported to your approval, you may have another option.

first question is did they measure blood glucose or your HbA1c? if you had a zero glucose level in your bloodstream, you'd be long dead. it is not possible to have zero. if this is truly what the results state, then phone the people who printed this out and sent it to you and ask them to check for an error in transcription, and to advise you of the TRUE test results immediately.

if you cannot get satisfaction that way, then ask for a re-test at the company's expense.

HbA1c levels should be below 5.0 but NEVER EVER go to zero...so no matter which test you had, you got a type-written result that just is not possible. keep after them until you get results. by the way, an HbA1c test shows how much sugar is in your blood over a time period of about six weeks, on average.

With a reading of 0, you would be dead or in serious mental unstability.
