I have a huge crush on this guy and last week my friend got hold of my phone and was texting him all this stuff about how i like him and all. also she invited him round to my place but he couldnt come in the end and she sent round a text saying that im goin out with him. normally he always texts me after school and since this has happened he hasnt and he has been saying all this mean stuff bout me when none of it was my fault it was all my mates. He wont listen to me at all. How do i explain it to him in a way that he will forgive me and realise that none of it was my fault? Also if this happened to you how would you feel?

My boyfriend and I were at the mall when this guy and his wife started talking to us about some things in the mall. He then asked us if we were ambitious and what we do. We told him we are students and have part time jobs. He told us that he has a business that is very successful that connects companies to other companies and uses the internet. He told us we should talk a little more about it and so we gave him our number. He called and wants to get together at a local place to talk about it. Him and his wife both seem nice. I could see this either way, good or bad. I know that businesses know young people are eager to make money and may jump at any opportunity and he may just want to take advantage of us. And I could see it as he is truly a good person just looking for new ideas for his company and know that young people could benefit his company. We are still skeptical and haven't accepted it as good or bad yet. What do you think? Any advice on how to tell if it's a scam or not?

Bear with me: if a near death experience is something humans evolved to ease the trauma of death, how did it get in the gene pool, seeing as the person was dead? Did that many prehistoric people get mauled, trampled, speared, whatever, have an NDE, amazingly resuscitate after nearly dying, and then go on to have offspring who inherited that ability? This is the only part of the "NDE is evolutionary" theory that I can't figure out. From a materialist point of view, it seems statistically improbable.

My boyfriend is definately a man's man...he is way into sports, is very rugged looking and sometimes says things that make my jaw drop. Today I was having an issue with my son, and he went and sided with him making me out to be the ogre mother picking on her son.
