Cheap!!???? LOL! The cost of a horse is all in it's stabling, feeding and vet care. Those three can drive you to the poor house!

Of course. there are always cheap horses for sale or even to give away. The real question is; Do you really want or can you really handle a cheap horse. they are cheap for a reason.

Your local newspaper should have some in the classifieds under pets section. You can also look in craigslist under farm+garden or pets. I'd be leary of buying a "cheap" animal though unless you plan on first making sure the vet gives it a clean bill of health before you commit.
