What would you do if you join a new company and you work closely with the senior management and you have hiccups and obstacles... issues like the mode of transport, budgets some discrepancies in regards to the job level. If the senior management has a1 the highest a2 the second highest and a3 the junior of the senior management and you see them treating you like you are in b1, the middle management sector... is it fair to inform the HR about it and draw them to the fact that you are not happy or just let it be?

I had my hands in bleach water approx 2 hours ago and I washed them like 4 or 5 times. Then they were really dry and red so i put some lotion on them and they are BURNING and are even redder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!! they weren't in the water but a total of 10 seconds either.

she is my working colleague and we alway talk a lot and help out each other so that i have been in love of her for 3 months.we went out for a dinner with another four working colleagues yesterday night and we all had a lot of drink and got drunk! after the dinner we both went home and finally i told her that i like her but she said "sorry i had a boyfriend.........."
i asked her if i still had a chance to be her boyfriend and she told me "maybe" and i abruptly kissed on her lips,she didn't refused me but kissed me back in the street....
today i sent her a e-mail for apology and i was totally forgived and she asked me to work hard from now on...............
she has a boyfriend now ,but should i still go after her ?

When you just wanna relax and chill out on the couch, what's your favorite thing to eat.

I'm a big grilled cheese girl. I like it with cheddar cheese and bacon on top! It's delicious.

I used to work with a guy that said he did real estate investing on the side. I didn't really understand what he was talking about. I go to a church function every sunday. It's hard for me to go, because I have a hard time talking to people. I have this one girl friend that I talk to, but other than that it's sooooo hard for me.

Well Imagine; 8 or 9 guys crowding around you and your friend, talking amongst eachother and to you. You freeze up, and want to get out of there, fast. You can't think of anything to say and look like a complete dumbass. You have done things like this repeatedly and feel like you will never change...and also you have already had the shy, quiet "status" going on, so it's no like you can get a fresh start.

I don't know what to ask for, maybe just some consolation for being socially awkward?...I feel like I'm in a constant panic because I just can't deal with all these social things.

I'm almost 18, so I think i'm pretty set in my ways with socializing. Anyone else feel this torture?

Alright, so I'm looking for a good camera to start on, but nothing too (limited in controls) but I don't want to pay too much. Any experience with something that worked out to pay off in the long run. I want to get a good camera with enough megapixels to not be limited in what I can print. I also want a good enough lens to shoot from up close things, to models. A Nikon D80 was recommended but just the body is rather expensive, but I don't want a D40, and be limited. Is there a happy medium to this situation?
A little help please.
I also want the camera to last me, so I can shoot things a few years from now, I dont want it to be "outdated".

im of german decent on my mothers side and for some reason i feel close or safe around other people of german decent, or germans from germany. what do you call this, they feel the same way and i dont know why even though i am of 5 generation. i even find some character traits and things that i do that germans do to.
