That is a good question.

John 3:16; He did do that and it is really something to think about. Angels and the heavens and mankind with the earth is involved, and so much time,
[ Job 38:4-7,30-32; the angels see the ages old earth prepared ages to Adam, then time from Adam to the flood, to Abraham [ Matt.1:1-17; in the genealogy of Jesus ], and the Promised Land covenant and let a people have law, and be law keepers, givers and enforcers, so that was passed onto Abraham family at generation four, 430 years after when Moses age 80 is at Exodus, then 40 years at age 120 he dies, [ 470 years after Abraham ], Deut.34:7; 480 years later Solomon begans a temple 1Ki.6:1; Solomon has 36 years 1Ki.11:42; Year 3069. 1413 years after flood, 997 before Christ.

Year 3460, 1804 years after flood, 907 years after Moses dies, there is no temple from 420 years ago, Solomon has been dead 391 years, The promised Land is desolate, no Judah kings, all is caprive to Babylon world Empire #3, 606 before Christ will be in Rome world Empire #6.
Books: Jeremiah, Lamentations, Ezekiel 1:2; Daniel [ 633 ] 606 B. C. [ 533 ].
Cyrus Ezra 1:1-3; in World Empire #4, 536 Before Christ.
Books: Ezra, Nehemiah, Esther, Haggai, Zechariah, Malachi done 443 B. C.

Greece world Empire #5, 336 Before Christ.

So then Christ is in Rome world Empire #6 to year 33, he is crucified, resurrected Acts 2:27-35; ascended back to heaven where he came from John 3:15-17; God's first creation will Save the world and at 2007 after Christ the bible has been in circulation in the world 396 years to tell us of his salvation plan and his second coming to make the heavens and the earth as perfect as before Eden and bring an end to this world of dying, killings, funerals and all related to this world ends. Jesus brings perfection.

If I am a God, which I am, I will not "think" all all, because I "KNOW" that my creation is perfect from my perspective and in fact it is! So there is no question of fixing it up and giving up my child.

I can't answer this any better than I could answer a complex physics question or calculus. I don't have the training or ability. It's not really a realistic scenario, now, is it? Interesting thought, though!

I wouldn't have put an evil tree and serpent in a garden with my creation to tempt them in the first place...being as they were, innocent...no one does that to their children---thus, no need for a sacrificial lamb.

Further, I wouldn't create something for my enjoyment, then watch it suffer and die for no reason. 25,000 people die per day due to malnutrition!!! I don't call that loving or parenting.....a good daddy provides basic food and water for his child.

If I was GOD, then I guess I wouldn't exist, so your other questions are moot.
