What would you do if you join a new company and you work closely with the senior management and you have hiccups and obstacles... issues like the mode of transport, budgets some discrepancies in regards to the job level. If the senior management has a1 the highest a2 the second highest and a3 the junior of the senior management and you see them treating you like you are in b1, the middle management sector... is it fair to inform the HR about it and draw them to the fact that you are not happy or just let it be?

Thanks

You just started a new job, you cannot expect the others to treat you as if you have been there for years. If I were you I wouldn't go rocking the boat or they'll just find a way to cut ties. If things haven't brightened up by your performance review then that would be the time to address it. If that isn't soon enough then you could ask your superior for advice on how to deal.

Hang in there!

You will have to just tell them straight forward. Don't go through HR that will makes things even more worser for you at work. Tell them straight forward, but in a nice way. If you just let it be you will end up not happy working there. Good Luck.

You can't go from Great Britain to America on a raft. Work with the system but don't expect to smash it into another shape. In other words, hard work is the only cure.

"Fair" is in the eye of the beholder.

HR exists to support the management team, not the employees. If you complain about anything other than illegal activity, you're just asking for trouble.

I say pray about it and ask your heavenly father to reveal what you should do. This job is only a stepping stone you have a great carear ahead of you. You are out going, bright and going places.
