its tough when i cant think of anything to say

I had a bank account closed 4 months ago. After my single account was closed, I had NO business or account relationships of any type. I emailed the bank a QUESTION if their checking accounts included billpay; I made no subsequent application. As a result of that question by email, they pulled my credit AGAIN through ChexSystems. All Chex inquiries are HARD inquiries, in that they show up to subsequent inquirers. They used my customer information from when I had been a customer months earlier to do the pull; I didn’t give it to them when I asked my question by email. There was no contract in force and thus no reason to pull my credit. Credit should only be pulled when you APPLY or to REVIEW an EXISTING relationship. Is this an impermissible inquiry and if yes, what are my options? Representing myself, can I successfully sue them for $1000 for violating the FCRA Section 616? Should I file this in small claims court and if yes, would they be able to remove to Federal Court? Advice?

If you travel in near light speed you can travel into the future. However if you need to travel back in time you will have to travel faster than light. But since you need infinite amount of energy to push a matter into light speed or beyond, the only way to travel faster than light is to the warp the space and travel through the distortion. But when you do this, you are not actually travelling faster than light in the physical universe becuase you are doing so through a distortion created in space time. So in fact its possible to travel into the future but not possible to travel into the past and kill yourself like in terminator. What do you guys think?

City Council Experiences

in a dark neighborhood with dyeing trees, wet roads and ugly people crossing the roads.. there is a a steep hill leading to a cave once you go in there you will see a path. witch goes underground to a stoned castle with a flag on top of the last room in top of the castle. witch people say that the castle is owned by a old lady named Ms Walker. How believe in Wicca witch is a nature-based religion found in various countries throughout the world for an old witchcraft religion. the last room on top of the castle was her bedroom. you can always tell when she about to leave the room becouse the door use to creak and the floor boards. the castle also has a long garden with a maze and a pool. ms walker turd the castle into a boarding school with three others teachers living in the castle. mr cleaves the p.e teacher with long thick black with Grey roots hair in a pony tale and short tempered attitude. the theres mrs clock the art teacher who the quietest, shyest and nicest teacher you will ever meet.but the worst teacher is mr clock the history of Paganism teacher and he also mrs clock husband. he so twisted he gives people rows for the slightest reasons. he shouts, yell and basically he dose everything that we hate. but this was not just any school it was a school for witches and Warlocks in england named City Council Experiences becouse its owned by a Council in the u.s.a.

My fiance and I have been together for 8 months now. I am 23 and he is 28. He is Dominican and used to live in New York. He is licensed from the police academy to carry a gun. I asked him if he's ever used it. Last night he told me that when he lived in NY 5 years ago he was on the subway and was wearing an expensive jacket with expensive shoes. A man came and told him "Your shoes and jacket look nice, what do you think to take them off for me.." and my boyfriend got close to him and told out his gun and said "What do you think about my taking this out?". Then the guy went away.

Is this illegal or is this called defending yourself? I want to know if this is something he can get in trouble for. He is such a kind and good mind and doesn't start trouble but is ready to protect himself and his family if need be.
