Of course they are going to be different. They are two separate surgeries on two body parts, so they won't be exact unless your surgeon is perfect (and no one is).

We all have one breast a bit larger than the other, usually the right one.
Your surgeon must have taken precise measurements to make you look as natural as possible, so if yours had the same difference (without the implants), that was the result he was going for.
Ideally, a plastic surgeon measures with a ruler that the nipples are placed at an even position, then mesure nipple distance from the collarbone and sit you up on the operating table to see exactly how you'll look standing up.
After about 4 weeks, your breasts should look just about as perfect and normal as they should, but if you have any concerns, call him. Remember you had the procedure to look and feel better.

Our breasts are different whether we've had implants or not. My friend had it done and her nipple were not the same across, you could see it through her shirt with no bra on. They will get more normal looking in a few months. In a year, you'll feel completely normal. It's a long healing process, they eventually move down in the right place. Good luck!!
