If a donut has a hole in the center, and you eat the donut, will the hole still be there?
Technically speaking, would the hole still be there? And please don't say a obvious answer like "The hole is the donut" think outside the box and answer smartly

Seriously, what's up with this purgatory the Catholic Church tries to feed people? I mean, I'm not Catholic, I'm a Protestant, but I got to Catholic High School, and went to Catholic grade school, and they've fed me some bullcrap about purgatory. Now, no where in the Bible does it mention purgatory. I believe it as "You either go to Heaven, or you go to hell." That's it. Simple as that. There's no need for purgatory. Sure, having people pray for your soul is nice, but I don't think it really affects where you go after you die.

I remember a site that showed on verse on the screen at a time, in 5 or 6 different (english) translations... Does anyone know what this site's name is or of a similar site? I've found a few that do side-by-side comparisons of 2 or 3 translations but nothing quite as extensive as the one I remember.

Have homes always taken 15 to 30 years to pay off?

I'm asking about average Americans, not the wealthy.

What about cars? Is it possible to afford a brand new car without financing and paying interest?

Are their people who make AVERAGE income that have no credit card debt, no mortgage on their house, and are still living the AMERICAN DREAM?
