Great choices! I've always been huge Yes fan, and I've seen them in concert several times over the years. Here's some of my favorite songs;

Tempus Fugit
Astral Traveler
Don't Kill the Whale
Perpetual Change
Going for the One
Yours Is No Disgrace
Harold Land
Sound Chaser
Arriving UFO
Sweet Dreams
Long Distance Runaround
The Fish (Schindleria Praematurus)
Machine Messiah
A Venture
Heart of the Sunrise
The Remembering - High the Memory
Close to the Edge
Into the Lens
Parallels
Beyond and Before
Starship Trooper
The Gates of Delirium
And You and I
Release, Release
Run Through the Light
Survival

I love all of their work up to Drama. I never cared much for them after that. Though I do realize that Trevor Rabin is an awesome guitarist, I just couldn't get into the "New Yes" (nearly 25 years ago haa!)
If I had to pick a favorite album it would be 'The Yes Album'. Even though Rick Wakeman wasn't in the lineup yet, the still album brings back many fond memories!

Owner of a Lonely Heart? *shutter*

Close to the Edge has to be my favorite song and album by Yes. I mean the album is made up of 3 of my favorite Yes songs.

The thing I love about Yes is that each member is amazingly talented but they are so emotional and haunting. I generally am not such of a fan of virtuoso bands, but Yes is one of those bands that not only can play their instruments incredibly well but they also make it very personal.

That's so hard to answer maybe The Gates of Delirium from Relayer. Or Turn of the Century from Going for the One.
