Unless you are making a burlap dress for the prom and are short one sleeve, that is a horribly stupid idea. A dog will easily bite through plain old burlap like butter, and with enough pressure your bone could break.
Not a smart idea at all.

Have you ever done bite work? Felt what it feels like to have a dog latch on to your arm? A real sleeve has a plastic.. HARD plastic insert in there to stop the sleeve from collapsing, and to keep the dog from actually biting right on to your arm. If you plan to use a burlap bag or something. You might just as well not even use anything at all.. A towel out of mom's towel cabinet will offer you as much or more protection than a burlap bag will.. You should leave bite work to a helper that knows what he is doing.. Join a club and train properly.
If you actually make your own sleeve.. PLEASE video tape the bitework.. I gotta see how this turns out for you.

You want to make a sleeve out of burlap sack? Are you crazy? What kind of a dog do you have that will bite that sleeve? There are sleeves that are sold for that purpose, check out Ray Allen or a number of other dog equipment companies out there. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES put a burlap sack on your arm like a sleeve and let a dog bite you. You will end up in the hospital getting stitches to say the least!!!

I hope you aren't talking about making a bite sleeve.
If that's the case, you need to purchase one as Greekman suggests. Please don't make one. I'm not trying to be rude but honestly, do you have any idea of the bite force of a dog? A homemade bite sleeve could leave you seriously injured.
For your own safety, please purchase one from one the the sites Greekman suggested.

I've seen them at Menard's. Ask a vegetable grocer what they do with theirs.
