I've heard once that if you start to go to gym, then you have to continue it as long as you can. If you don't then your body will crash or start to grow fat. Is this true?

it was 115/60 , and 74 heart rate , i have high blood pressure before i took the midicine it was 140/75 and its never change until he told me to take pill water 12.5 mg and lisnopril 5 mg one time every day . my question is i was nervous and scared i didnt thogh it will be 115/60 the next read it was 115/62,, i reallly like my doctor he seems care about me i always heard a good things from people about him , but do u think i should be in medicin , also he mad i blood test and urine 3 times all come normal i am 26 years old 5'10 and 185 pound i was 250 pefore and he told me to lose weight so i did !

2 days ago I had my second ever cavity filled and today part of my tooth broke. Now its all rigid and feeling a little sensitive. Why did this happen and how much should I expect to pay to have the dentist fix it?? Is he liable for any of this since I only had it filled a couple days ago??? Thanks.

For me, Once after being mugged, I had to get 8 hour head surgery. Could have died. The last thing I said to the surgeon before they applied anesthetic: "Cut as little hair as possible." We spoke on the adoption but, I didn't feel she should. we not only can't afford to, she has to girls from a previous relationship and a daughter (1yr) with me. I love her alot, but I dont find it fair to the immediate family. We no longer have time for anything.
