1.)Are you employed(Yes/No)?
2.)Does your employer have a drug testing policy(Yes/NO)?
3.)Have you ever used illicit drugs while employed(Dont have to answer this one if you dont want to,ill understand)?

I am in my mid-twenties, and never finished college and would like to finish what I started. I completed a year of Community College after high school, however I gave up school to work Full Time. When I was younger I only went to school because it was what everyone else was doing, it wasn't right for me at the time. Now that I have been out of High School for 8 years, I would love to go back and finish. However, things are different now. I am not working, but I am a full time mom to an infant. I do NOT want to or have the money to use daycare. So I would have to do night classes. However my husband is the only one brining in an income, since I am at home. So that leaves us with no extra money for me to go to school. I really want to get my degree so when my son is older, and ready for preschool, I can work as well. Any advice, have any of you been down this road. Is there any financial aid for someone who is in my position, not exactly poor, but money is very tight?

My brother has this thing that is like a light and it is supposed to kill germs. Well, he was waving it over the kitchen counters, and my mom, being silly, said, "Gee, now there will be dead germs all over the kitchen counters!"

But that got me thinking. What DOES happen to dead germs?! Do other germs eat their carcasses? But what if you kill all of them? I know the answer is probably obvious, and this question really shows my stupidity. But I really want to know!

Hi There!!!

My husband & I are throwing a holiday party on Dec. 15th. I am working on the invites as we speak. I would like word it so that the invites are cute. And I would like to let people know that kids are welcome also! Any cute ideas on how I can word it??? There are singing snowmen on the invites if that helps!!!

Wow the president really was a divider!

They have all mostly all voted for the Iraq war
They have all continued to fund the war and refuse to bring the troops home
They have all voted to strip us of our constitutional rights with laws like the Patriot Act, and the John Warner Defense Authorization Act
They have pretty much allowed the president to spy on citizens
They have mostly agreed that we should torture
They have pretty much all agreed that we should not impeach or even censure the (p)resident and vice (p)resident

I posted this earlier. Anyways, I actually had my long lost aunt telephone my "biological father", and I spend about 5 mins or so talking to him. It was very akward like I was talking to a complete stranger. He said he wants to get together and meet or for me to continue calling him if I ever needed or wanted to. My sister said to invite him to my graduation. It's sad to say but I feel like it wouldn't even matter if this person were to show up or not. He hasn't been in my life now and don't know if I could just accept him in and say he is my father. Anyone been in this situation? Has anyone built a relationship with their father after so long and it worked. Don't want to waste my time knowing him so want input. Thanks!

Say you drive 60 miles one way to work and someone is willing to pay you to advertise on your car. Are you technically employed by them? If so, can the mileage driven, even though it's to another job, be written off as buisness miles on your vehicle? Tax returns allot a certain amount per mile, thirty-something cents last I checked. That could be a huge write off. Any tax specialists out there?
