It really depends on where they live. Poor atheists in the middle of nowhere will have teeth worse than Christians living in a developed place. Poor Christians living in the middle of nowhere will have worse teeth than atheists living in a developed place.
It could come to the issue of population distribution. For example, if a higher percentage of Christians live in an undeveloped place than atheists, then figures may show that atheists have better teeth.
The answer to the question really has nothing to do with a person's spirituality.

There are more atheists in developed countries and developed countries have good dentistry (except Britain) so I'd have to say atheists have better teeth.

Atheists, since this is the only life we have, without any sort of fasle-hope of an afterlife, we have to take care of ourselves, whilst Christians seem to just not give a sh1t 'bout this life, since they'll be going to Heaven after they die...
