my car is blowing out blue smoke?

i have a renauly clio,2003.its a diesal car,and on the whole it runs ok.it has beem brought to my attention that i have blue smoke coming from my exhaust when i change gears.sometimes aswell when i put the heating on,i can smell oil burning.i had a service in august,and everything seemed ok at the timiplease could anyone help me with any suggestions as what to do.my oil usage is ok.

Is it worth going to accident and emergency or not?

On thursday afternoon I fell over funny on my ankle. On the way back from the GP's ironically. It was sore of course, but now I can not walk at all. I have to take a lot of pain killers just to sleep at night. There is a little bit of swelling but not much.

I have looked on the net but the symptoms of a fracture/sprain/twist are so vague and have simaler symptoms.

I don't want to waste anyones time but I cant walk and I am in a lot of pain.

So..do you think it's worth a trip to AnE or not?

I had a Medical Collection and paid the original creditor, but they paid the Collection Agency. The payment according to my bank account, was made to the OC. They paid the CA with it, and now i have a "paid collection". What recourse do i have?

Anti Static / Dust Coating on Car?

I reside in a dusty area so having major problem with dust all the time. My car attracts dust within 10mins of washing. Its so irritating that I've stopped cleaning/washing it. Every time I wash it, in a few minutes, there is a layer of dust on it. Waxing only worsens the situation.
Is there any coating/wax/polish/chemical which I can use to make the car anti static / dust.

I have been renting a property and recently recieved a letter from bailiffs warning me to vacate in 7 days?

Having phoned they've said its due to the landlord having not paid his mortgage. The landlord had said to ignore the letter and is demanding his rent. I've no money and no where to go.

Do I have any legal rights. Can they really change the locks and remove my property and leave me homeless?
