there are several tools like SYSTEM MECHANIC or like that provides these facility ..but they must be installed when you had deleted your files ....... system restore will restore all your programs but not files dear ...
if you want to retrive the files that is been deleted ...probabely or atleast at my knowledge there is not any way
you must have not installed UNDELETE PLUS when you have deleted those files which you want to retrive

There are lots data recovery company's that can get your files back along as you haven't used defrag since deleting the files

u can always try restoring the computer...otherwise i dont think u will be able to. to restore it go to start, all programs, accessories, system tools then system restore and choose a time you want it to restore to.
