its a horror film i thinks its an old one the killer has a white mask and bad hair and at one part of the film he stabs body bags its not scream or halloween or chucky please help

Is it Valentine? Has David Boreanz (Angel) and Denise Richards in it. Theres a bit where the victim hides in a body bag to escape the killer and im pretty sure he stabs it.
