When I was growing up around Christmas (maybe early 1960's), my parents would buy angel hair to decorate the Christmas tree. It was pretty to look at, but if you got it on your hands, it felt like glass. I think it was made out of fiberglass. I'm glad they don't use it nowadays.

I need to be able to receive text messages from corporate numbers (5-digit) on my computer. I do not want to use my actual cell phone, so I need to find some kind of online 10-digit reserved number that can also receive sms messages.

I know that yahoo can provide 10-digit numbers for 2.50/month, but i don't think this has an sms feature enabled. I need an online number that I can have people send sms messages to so I can see them.

My daughter has been a vegan for about 8 months now. I didnt mind it when she started, she was still a good eater but two months ago she stopped eating all the processed vegan foods. She eats oatmeal every morning, brown rice for lunch and dinner with tofu and vegetables. and she snacks of fruit and vegetables.she lost to much weight in the past two months, she looks sick. Im trying to get her to eat meat again but she wont. I wish she would eat something besides rice for once or even have a damn vegan cookie or something..something to fatten her up..She says she never gets sick of what she eats..I mean she can't go on expecting to live a long life like this. Im losing my mind..everyone asks me..what happened to her..is she okay. Im so sick of looking at her, seeing and feeling her bones when I hug her

A couple was invited to a swanky masked Halloween Party. She got a
terrible headache and told her husband to go to the party alone. He,
being a devoted husband, protested, but she argued and said she was
going to take some aspirin and go to bed, and there was no need for
his good time to be spoiled by not going. So he took his costume and
away he went. The wife, after sleeping soundly for about an hour,
awakened without pain; and, as it was still early, decided to go to
the party after all. In as much as her husband didn't know what
costume she'd be wearing, she thought she'd have some fun by watching
her husband to see how he acted when she wasn't around.
She joined the party and soon spotted her husband cavorting around on
the dance floor, dancing with every chick he could, getting a little
kiss here and a warm squeeze there. His wife went up to him and being
rather seductive herself, he left his current partner high and dry and
devoted his time to this new babe who had just arrived.
She let him do whatever he wished, naturally, since he was her
husband. Finally he whispered a little proposition in her ear and she
agreed, so off they went to one of the cars and they did it all!
Zowie! Just before unmasking at midnight, she slipped away and went
home, put the costume away and got into bed, wondering what kind of
explanation he would have for his behavior.
She was sitting up reading when he came in. She asked how the evening
had been? He said "Oh, the same old thing. You know, I never have a
good time when you're not there." Then she asked, "Did you dance
much?"
He replied, "You know, I didn't dance even one dance. When I got
there, I met Pete, Bill Brown and some other guys, so we went into the
den and played poker all evening.
But I'll tell you...from what I heard, the guy I loaned my costume to,
sure had a real good time!"

Ok, a friend and I are "flipping a house". She had the money to buy the house. I borrowed the money for the renovations. Every month until it sells I am paying a $325 payment on the $15000 loan I have out. 99% of it is interest. So, when the house sells, she will get back her investment, which is the puchase price of the house, the utilities, taxes, and insurance. I will get back all of my expenses for all the renovations. Should that include the interest I am paying every month or not? I believe it should. I HAD to borrow the money for the renovations or the house would have never got "flipped". It was a NECESSARY thing. I believe the interest should be an included expense. What do you think?

i tried to do the system restore feature in the help and support thing. i restored it to before i deleted it, now not only do i not have Office, i get this freaking Windows Installer popping up everytime i hit the internet and almost everything else. i want to get the Office back if possible, but i would really like to get the Windows Installer thing off, Office or not. Please help!!!!

It was Friday, and four nuns went to the priest at the local Catholic
church to ask for the weekend off. They argued back and forth for a
few minutes. Finally the priest agreed to let them leave the convent
for the weekend.
"However", he said, "as soon as you get back Monday morning I want you
to confess to me what you did over the weekend." The four nuns agree,
and run off.
Monday comes, and the four nuns return. The first nun goes to the
priest and says, "Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned." The priest
asks, "What did you do, Sister?" She replies, "I watched an R-rated
movie." The priest looks up at heaven for a few seconds, then replies,
"You are forgiven. Go and drink the holy water."
The first nun leaves, and the fourth nun begins to chuckle quietly
under her breath. The second nun then goes up to the priest and says,
"Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned." The priest replies, "OK, what
happened?" She says, "I was driving my brother's car down the street
in front of his house, and I hit a neighbors dog and killed it."
The priest looks up to heaven for half a minute, then says, "You are
forgiven. Go and drink the holy water." The second nun goes out. By
this time, the fourth nun is laughing quite audibly.
Then the third nun walks to the priest and says, "Forgive me, Father,
for I have sinned." The priest asks, "Out with it. What did you do?"
She says, "Last night, I ran naked up and down Main Street."
The priest looks up at heaven for a full five minutes before
responding, "God forgives you. Go and drink the holy water." She
leaves.
The fourth nun falls on the floor, laughing so hard tears run down her
cheeks. The priest asks her, "OK. What did you do that was so darn
funny?"
The fourth nun replies, "I peed in the holy water..."

My Daughter has not quit her job because she fears a bad reference.. which would hinder her in finding another job.. and what do she say why she left her old job she has talk with the right dept heads to deal with the the "you should be on a syrup bottle comments, that she should check with the human resources dept if she is going to ware her hair natural. because she decided not to put chemicals in her hair to straighten it any longer.. when planning a board meeting her boss was asked who is the new person.. she was introduced as. The new and I quote " this is my new slave" me at her age there would have been a beat down.. this company did a mediation meeting of all parties concerned with some one that the supervisor and her supervisors boss choose..... my child enjoys the work she is doing in social service field.
