Yes I have. They will tell that they are sorry for the inconvenience. The problem I have with this forum is that anyone can report anyone for any reason. Most of the time people don't violate the community rules, it simply that certain people don't like your answer. I asked how everyone viewed the Steelers game a few days ago and got it deleted. That was because some trolls didn't like the question. I'm not sure if yahoo actually reads what's being reported because if they did, they wouldn't delete it in the first place. Someone asked about a recipe on here and got the question deleted. I read it in the forum and Jane (I think she's an employee on here) said that she would contact yahoo and straighten it out. The reason is that they don't ever look at what's being reported. I talk about sports, computers, music, and things in general. No racism, no cursing, no solicitation, chatting, nothing, and I still get them for no reason. I believe eveyone does though.

I received a speeding ticket and chose to fight it in court. There were no signs posted to indicate the legal speed limit from where I turned on to the road to where I got pulled over. I was clocked at 45 in a 30 mile zone with a spped gun (they are not always reliable) When I got to court I had taken a video of the road I had traveled and was prepared to fight like hell to get my violation overturned. As it turned out the cop that issued the citation was supposed to be there but did not show up so I won. Apparently this happens frequently. Good luck, maybe the officer won't show up in your case either. You auromatically win if he doesn't. At least in California that is what I am told.

Yes. I successfully appealed a suspension about 3 months ago. I answered a question "If you had to get a tattoo on your forehead, what tattoo would you get?"
I answered with the name of a gambling website that paid a lady $10,000 to get their URL tattooed on her forehead. They suspended me for posting the link. I appealed and gave a news source with the story, and they overturned the suspension after one or two days and apologized. The answer remained deleted, but I wasn't dinged for a violation.

they claim they will respond to you but ha ha that is a joke. I just wrote my 6th e-mail to the answers team to ask why do you violate without checking to see if it's legit? of course I got another violation from last night for asking about someone violating me for chatting when they were chatting to answer my ? and say they were reporting me. soon I will take a break from here again if this continues. this is all a form of chatting on here and I am sick of yahoo's childish games. I wish reporters, trolls, spammers etc would all get a life, yes this will probably be another violation for me as the last one I answered like this was. good luck woof woof

no, but I DID JUST get a notice re: my appeal that the question was deleted because it had no answers.
In fact it HAD 51 answers AND 27 stars, but it dealt (EVER so cautiously so as NOT to be CHAT) with Spider's suspension.
Now I have a certain "cult' on my back as well.

Not me!!!!

I did not win my suspension appeal either.

It is just a way for YA to give people a false sense of control.

not that I know of. I was always afraid to, because when I got a violation, I KNOW I was wrong!! HAHA! Remember Adrian from 360? he tried and said they ignored him.
