Or will we go right back to our old habits once the market recovers?

Do they understand the situation. Is an immigrant illegal when he robs a Circle K? The court don't seem to be getting it.
The American Supreme Court will take some steps when the Mexican Suprems Court says it is justified. Please don't show ignorance by saying the American Court does not care what the Mexican Court says. That is what international laws are for. The UN is an assembly of representatives of various nations supreme courts. In humanitarian issues they must all agree or it is war. All the members will say it is alright for Mexicans to keep crossing the border as they have for hundreds of years.

Do you find today's parents more lenient, or are they just more enlightened? I think most are too lenient, but at the same time, they have more educational parenting information available to them, if they just choose to use it.

I can see how a high percentage of Americans want to made sure that Hillary is defeated, but why all the interest in whether Rudy, Thompson or Romney wins the Republican nomination? I doubt very seriously that it matters that much which one of them wins. They're all good candidates with a fundamentally conservative outlook on governing, even though there are some differences. For instance Rudy is pro-choice. So what? That is not going to have anything to do with what kind of job he does as President. President's don't have any influence over the infanticide issue anyway. If that were the case Bush would have had abortion outlawed seven years ago. The outcome of the Republican race isn't going to affect anyone's life one way or the other. The main thing is to insure that Hillary goes back to Arkansas, or wherever.

The ones that are not house trained ... they can stay in the front yard .... on second thought make that the back yard ... I don't want to hurt your property value.

Hey, I'm a college student.
Is it a copyright infringement/plaigerism if I directly post certain passages of my school textbooks online? I plan on posting my study outlines in a blog to hopefully help other students study.. and maybe even get other people involved.

.. so can i?

I go every single morning, within the first 10 minutes of waking up, and once or twice more throughout the day.... Is taking 2-3 dumps every single day a sign that I have a health problem?

My math teacher once told me that someone somewhere was able to prove that 1 + 1 = 3, now this doesn't make any sense to me but what if it someone did prove it? Is it true? Is so who did?...I would ask for the formula but I think it would just be too complicated for my little brain...

I'm getting my dining room painted and the guy is charging $100 to fix a bad drywall job and $125.00 to paint the room. This does not include supplies. He says he will buy them and they should run between $70-$90. Should I buy the paint myself ? Also do you guys think the price is fine?

Girls these days marry the man to capture his belongings and rule over him. When the pressure is felt and the husband resents, the woman goes to the police station. Police pacifies them or files FIR. In both cases police is benefited and they would never want this law to go..!
Notorious women are using this law to insult damage health and extort money from in laws.
How can the law makers be made to understand?
Big cities like Bangalore & Hyderabad with Computer engineers and NRI in plenty are the centres of such rackets. Some fellows are looking for unhappy DIL s to play this game and crush the decent families.

I keep reading on this forum that evolution has been "proved false" and I would like to know where you get this from. To those who make this claim, please say which books or websites you have read on the subject.

Have you studied any serious works such as Dawkins The Selfish Gene or Mayr's What evolution is?

If so, please say which. For those interested in knowing more about evolution, this site is a good place to start: http://www.talkorigins.org/

I use a HP laptop and a Sony mouse (cos at the time HP mouse was out of stock), and often when I click something with the mouse, it double-clicks on its own... sometimes even when I click a program (say, Word) on the taskbar to minimise the window, the window will minimise and maximise immediately cos the mouse double-clicked.

Anyone else have this problem with their mouse?

A new upscale beverage popping up in the hands of executives and movie stars all over the country. It's not surprising that it can be found in swag baskets at the MTV Video Music Awards. The bottle is adorned with Swarovski crystals (or frost/ice?)
Paris Hilton's dog drinks it.
It's called (the ever so tasteful) Bling H2O and it's billed as the "Cristal of Waters."
Can you believe you can taste it at a "water bar.", such as located in Westchester NY?

And these popinjay buffoons are made about to be the role models for todays' youth?

Well, fools and their money are easily parted.

No chance they could spare that same money to help provide safe drinking water to the world's poor is there?

Obviously they're too important, rich and pretentious to be effected by the 3.9 million children dying annually of water-borne disease, such as diarrhea, cholera, diphtheria and typhus.

See now where the seeds of communist sympathy ferments Americans?

Considering the fact that our government now invades and occupies sovereign nations at will, and tries to tell others how to run their governments, I would say we are the big bully on the block. The fact that we kill thousands of innocents with our indiscriminate bombing campaigns puts us right up their with Hitler's Third Reich. I believe the god-fearing Muslims are correct.... America is the Great Satan, and I am sorely ashamed of the Feds for bringing us down to that level. We should have steered clear of Israel and other nasty foreign influences. Our good reputation is now a thing of the past.
