I have had one foreclosure on a house due to a bad business deal. This foreclosure isn't final yet, but will be soon. If i want to get out of my house and go with a foreclosure there, both foreclosures will be withing a few months of each other. Would the recovery time for my credit be the same with both foreclosures as it would be with just one???

I realize that my best option would be to sell the house, but i owe more on it then it is worth, so this would be pointless because i don't have the money to make up the difference.

Generally, most leaders don't care whether you "believe" they exist or not. I mean, how many leaders (or even parents) have you ever known that punished you if you denied the fact that they existed? It really shouldn't be a question of existence, should it? If God existed, wouldn't it be much easier to just make himself known and then get on with more important business?

Here is what he said:

John Coleman wrote an article published at ICECAP Wednesday that should certainly garner attention from press members -- assuming journalism hasn't been completely replaced by propagandist activism, that is.

It is the greatest scam in history. I am amazed, appalled and highly offended by it. Global Warming; It is a SCAM. Some dastardly scientists with environmental and political motives manipulated long term scientific data to create in [sic] allusion of rapid global warming. Other scientists of the same environmental whacko type jumped into the circle to support and broaden the "research" to further enhance the totally slanted, bogus global warming claims. Their friends in government steered huge research grants their way to keep the movement going. Soon they claimed to be a consensus.

The scam is over, the people are not idiots falling for big political names and Government paid scientists creating a tax base out of thin air for themselves and partners.

I've seen the polls putting a Hilary vs. Rudy general election at a dead heat. I haven't seen any comments on how a democrat could win the election without winning NY state. I can't imagine Rudy losing NY, so what states/electoral votes could Hilary turn from red to blue to win the election?

I am the one that always comes up with the great ideas...they will ignore my email...and then two weeks later claim that they have a great idea for a gift and it will be my idea! They ignore my emails and I am just trying to help. How do you deal with catty women like this? I married their brother and they are jealous of that I know (I have been told by the mom). I want them to know they do not bother me although they do....help!

my girlfriend wants to have a threesome, me, here and another girl. i dont know if its a good idea, she has been wanting to for a while, i'm really not oppose to the idea, i'm just afraid of any risks with our relationship. We want to get someone that we totally dont know. She says if i do this, our relationship would mean more, cause she will know i would do anything for her, and that she could be open to me about anything if i were to do this. I do see a part of this logic. i kept telling her no, and no, but eventually she broke me down and i said yes, now i'm having second thoughts. She just wants to see me be with someone else as she watches too. Anyone ever experience this? Please advice me. we are in our thirties and have known each other for 3 years and she is my best friend, lover, etc.
