Generally, most leaders don't care whether you "believe" they exist or not. I mean, how many leaders (or even parents) have you ever known that punished you if you denied the fact that they existed? It really shouldn't be a question of existence, should it? If God existed, wouldn't it be much easier to just make himself known and then get on with more important business?

Before the 1400's no one could have told you for certain that the Americas existed. People used to believe the world was flat; and if you sailed far enough you would fall off the rim of the earth into oblivion. Yet brave men traveled to the New World with only their faith. And, guess what? They discovered that the world wasn't flat after all.

Christians believe there is a God for the same reason Columbus and the others believed there was a new world. Because others do not believe doesn't mean it isn't there.

God doesn't have to prove his existance. We will find him at the end of the voyage. Are you a brave sailor? Or do you still believe the earth is flat?

surely in step with probability it incredibly is only the different... how small is the "key" to open a secure vault on the united statesMint (or Canadian)???? it incredibly is no longer very massive... and not being very "massive" could be the "key"... for a key is conscious it incredibly is no longer something with out person and a door. No rattling jack hammer right here... i'm only going to attend. At maximum we don't could wait plenty longer than one hundred years to locate what you're in seek of for... the rattling door... or extra importantly, what's on the different factor. i understand a sprint "spacey" in spite of the undeniable fact that it incredibly is such an intoxicating question I had to objective. The passing on of the living word, the bread of life, is only one side of the coin. The other side of the coin is that you have free will and that the law of free will is the ultimate law of the material universe. You know my parable about the sower whose seeds fall on barren ground. A savior can appear and give you a morsel of the Christ consciousness. Yet, if you do not make the free-will choice to accept that Christ consciousness, your salvation simply cannot happen.

Salvation is offered to every human being as a gift from God. Yet, the key to salvation is not the offering of the gift, because it truly rains upon the just and the unjust.
The key to salvation is the acceptance of the gift.
Without that acceptance, God cannot save you. God must simply wait until you make a decision to accept his grace.

God already made Himself known over two thousand years ago....and look what happened!

The point is to an unbeliever God can never be known because the very existence of God demands faith to be proven. Without faith, no explanations will ever suffice.

But with faith - no explanations are necessary!

You are confusing physical leaders with spiritual leaders. Why should God prove anything to any of us especially now? He created the heaven's and the earth - isn't that proof enough?

But bottom line is just that, what YOU believe in. No one can force you, it has to come from within yourself. Not just talking about salvation either - this can be applied to every day life.

Believing is NOT the key to salvation. Lordship is. But the two are interconnected.

If you truly believe in the God of the Bible, and if you believe that Christ suffered, died and rose again for our sins, then there are two choices: complete rebellion against God or complete abandonment of self for God.

God created us to worship Him. It is our highest calling. God loves us so much that this is of primary concern to Him.

If God made himself known and eliminated all of the soul searching, how much time would you devote to figuring things out for yourself?

Consider this life "on the job training" and part of your training is asking the questions you ask only in the absence of the answers.

Believing ISN'T the key to salvation. Satan BELIEVES that Jesus is the Son of the Living God. Surrendering to God and making Jesus the Lord of your life is the key to salvation.

The 'key' to salvation is God's freely given gift of His only begotten Son as the final and perfect sacrifice for us.
The believing part is where _you_ come in; just realise that Jesus of Nazareth is the Christ, that He was killed and rose again from the dead the tell others about it.
This is the way to survive the oncoming end of days.

That is the point. He has made Himself known, but He is rejected by you and others.

For this you are condemned to Hell and will be sentence to the Lake of Fire. This is some other info He has revealed to prideful people who really think they know it all.
