For example, at work or going to the mall, do you automatically try for as close to the door as you can or do you go for the further regions of the parking lot where there's less congestion?

I myself usually will park further away. Less congestion and I definitely could use the extra walk. In addition, there's less chance of some moron scratching my car! D-:

I've met many an altruistic atheist. They don't have a religious text telling them how to act, so how do they justify their altruistic behavior? Many theists justify their altruism by saying that their actions will be rewarded with eternal bliss.

My dd was just in for her 18 month well baby. She was below the 5 percentile. She was teething with a fever the week before and lost a pound or two that week. She weighed 20.2 lbs and is 31 in tall at her well baby checkup. 12 month check up she was 18.6 pounds 5% 28 in tall.....6 months she was 14.8 pounds 9% and 25 in tall. She only needs to gain a pound or two. I have been adding cream to her milk and giving her pp&j. She isn't a big eater. So I need to get the calories and fat in where I can. I am just wondering though how many calories does she need to gain weight and any suggestions on high calorie foods?

I live in a neighborhood with many sub prime homes and in my opinion are low class people. They have moved in and the once great school system is already struggling. Now I hear the government talking about letting them stay and fixing their mistake and actually offering a better deal than people who were responsible have gotten.

Why do we reward the losers and punish the responsible people in this country?

My girlfriend and our roommate want to make some extra cash. So they have decided without consulting me that they want to sell weed to some close friends. I only found out because I heard them talking on the phone. I confronted my girlfriend about it right after the phone convo to let her know that I DO NOT want this to be done but she really think it will be a good idea. So she wants to do it anyway... I can't respect that... she hasn't done it yet, our roommate comes home tomorrow or the next day with it, apparently it's A LOT. If they do this and are found out, will I be in trouble? If I manage to talk my girlfriend out of it, but our roommate still does it, will WE be in trouble?

Lets see. Promote peace and harmony, feed the poor,
finances public services, decrease gas prices and
restrictions, denounce racism and the acts that
follow it. Uh, Democrats are for the people, they
have better foreign relationships, excellent businessmen
women, protect the borders, help real estate, help
progress in schools. Check the record. No child left
behind is a disaster..... Democrats are better at
security, as they had more police patrol on the streets
of America, and inner cities. Low crime rate always.
Once again, check the record. They promote job
security, and social security. Check Clinton's record.
Enough said. Oh an uh, Democrats are for women's

I started working for an engineering corporation and we got the news that we are being audited. I just talked to the financial manager (aka owner's wife) and she just told me that they get audited every year and that it is normal for corporations. Is this normal? It seems really shady.

I now have a driveway from a rental house that runs through the middle of my property.They have a 20" easement from that house to the main road. It runs right by my home, What can I do to have it moved a little farther from my house. I had a new drive made for them but they refuse to use it and insist on using the old road, I tried talking to them about using the new road but they will not use it. Most of their company and the electric man use the new drive but they will not. The new drive is much safer for everyone concerened. Each house would have it's own drive if they would use the new one. I own the 8 acres surrounding their house on one side and they own another 55 acre property that their home is at on the other side . They rent out the house behind me that the drive in question goes to. Is there any way to get them to use the new driveway?

recently i had allergy to pet dander and dust mite, i think my room is polluted. How do i remove dander and dust mite in my room? Is there a spray i can use to kill them? Also i have a bunker bed, will sleeping on the top bed help my allergy at all since my dog couldn't get onto it?
