Uh. No. I guess you could add an "e" at the end, but that would make no sense. Beth is short for Bethany. You could spell Bethany with an "ie" instead of a "y", but that's about it. Its also short for Elisabeth, which can be spelled several different ways.

Not that I know of...but here are some more unusual and pretty alternatives:
Blythe
Bethany (as some have mentioned)
Beth-Anne
Babette or much nicer, Bette
Bess
Becky, Becca (as in Rebecca)
Aretha
Jess
Steph (as in Stephanie of course)
Josefa, or Josephine
Belle

Hope this helps your brainstorming!

not unless you want a baby Beyighthe! I guess you could do Bethe, but that looks like "Beeth". If you want a unique spelling, name her Elizabeth and spell it Elisabeth, Elizebeth, or Elisebeth.

my daughter's name is Elizabeth and I always thought I'd call her "Beth" but it never happened.
I think Beth is a beautiful name & spelled just the way it should be. :)

Um, short of a formal version, such as Elizabeth/Elisabeth, Bethany, Bethan or Annabeth, no. Beth is simply Beth.

Not really. You could put an e on it like Bethe but it's pointless.
