remember studying the ancient greeks and indians? they had a god for sun, fire, water, agriculture..ect. the used this to explain the unexplained. a little after that time.. the relgion of jesus christ came about. the used this to explain why we're here on this earth. so simply, we came to know that there is no god of water. furthermore.. there is no god? science proved that clouds are in the sky.. and the earth has a core with lava.. so there is simply no god?

Can a CD burner be hooked to a stereo system to burn CDs like you hook up a cassette deck to record tapes? So far afew peple I've asked have said they don't think so, you have to download music onto your computor, then burn it onto a CD.

I got my friend a mini bear and balloon and that was gonna be the only present then I heard she was bored and got her a 65p magazine and before halloween i got her £2 halloween chocs now I feel like she might think I'm obsessed stalker or something coz i was only gonna get her the bear and matching balloon originally!
It was an important operation though she could have died or been paralysed and she'll be off school for months.

can someone give me a very good reason why some drivers don't signal. for example, at an intersection I was waiting to make a right or a left turn but had to stopped when seeing cars approaching from ahead, left side, and right side. when these cars got to the intersection, they just made quick turns, left and right without signalling. this seems to be the trend where I live(big city, 5 millions people)and this pi** me off, I could have made a turn safely had they signalled. why not signalling? I also would like to hear from these kind of drivers.

Wow what a game. .

They held up a comfortable double digit lead most of the game and even had a 30 point lead late in the fourth quarter

The boxscore doesn't even come close to show how dominant the Lakers were last night...well their defense mostly was. Barbosa scored like a dozen straight in the closing moments of the last quarter to cut down the lead but man it was a major butt whooopin

I know its really early I know Phoenix is tired from playing last night and Raja Bell and his ankles are sore, Barbosa is dealing with an ankle injury blah blah blah

we didn't have Odom and Mihm either so without our two key guys we played well, especially on the defensive end to beat this team.

Even tho the box score doesn't show it, Kobe really really got his teammates involved. He played primarilly SF for most of the game and set screen after screen and most of his passes led to an assist! God I wish they had a category like that

(i.e. - breathing a little harder just before or during a big hill so that you prevent having an 'oxygen debt')

Some people claim that you can 'super-oxygenate' your blood which seems a little dubious but you may be able to make sure that you aren't carrying any 'oxygen debt' into the big climb. With a little forced breathing maybe I can make my oxygen transfer just a little more efficient.

For example I have to do a series of small hills before I do a big hill and I find that if I breathe a little extra just before the big hill it feels better on the climb. Is this just illusion? Does regular breathing provide all the air I need?

Ok I've been wronged by others so many times in the past. Its not only friends but relatives as well. We don't know what happens tomorrow. SO if I ever become successful I know those people will try to contact me again and stuff... Everyone keeps telling me to forgive them but I can't, they'll just hurt me again. So why do a bunch of you guys online keep telling people to forgive? Do you know how hard it is? You ever been thru the same situations?!

No matter how many times your gonna tell me to forgive my past friends and relatives, I'm not. I just want to know why everyone is being hypocritical to tell me to be the nice guy again. Its like telling me to suicide.
