Check with your health care directory FIRST for plastic surgeons, as most of the time those out of your network pay more out of pocket.
I had mine covered 100% by insurance and cost $8,000

Check the yellow pages for plastic surgeons. There isn't anyway that can tell you how much it would cost, every surgery is different. Make sure you go through a board certified surgeon. They will tell you how much it will cost.
