I have lived in NYC for one year now exactly. 10/12 was the deadlines to change party. I have not voted since 2000 in Indiana for Al Gore. I want to vote as a republican in 2008. Can I still? I don't believe IN had me choose party affiliation - you could vote for whoever, so there is no true party affiliation on my part. Can I register anew as a Republican here in NYC? I can't find this issue anywhere in the website. Help!

I sequence songs to my Christmas lights. I am looking for some songs for next year and I leave it to the Christmas fans here on YA to point me in the right direction.

I want to know your favorite Christmas Song and the Artist (I need to be able to find it on I-tunes or some other legal pay per song site).

I prefer an up tempo song, but will consider slow songs with a good melody.

it is very flexable for a goldfish but it turns its whole body around and nibbles away at its tail, now he has so tail and is chewing at his body.

guess what ? i went to Walgreens on Monday and they had the breast cancer awarness wristbands! the lady said that that was their last one! i was so happy i bought one and i put it on! well it was packaged around the cardboard holder so tightly that when i looked at the inside of the wristband it had creases and a forming hole! i knew it was probably a good quality because it cost me four dollars. so i went through the week and it was fine! about 10 minutes ago it starts ripping and gets caught on something and breaks! i am sooooo upset that i didn't keep the receipt! and they don't even have the wristbands anymore! what do you think about that?

A doctor gives a person a rectal exam (like with physicals). That doctor deliberately applies pressure to the rectal artery by pushing very hard straight in on purpose. The blood is cut off and the patient passes out unconscious. At they very worst (a doctor gets his rocks off having power over his patients) what would you call this crime (if it was deliberate) is it some form of rape or something else? Is it malpractice. Also if this client was suffering from depression at the time of this molestation, does her depression (person was clinically depressed prior to the event) and shame give her the right to toll the statute of limitations in that case if she couldn't bring herself to sue for malpractice at the time and the statutes have expired by nearly a year? All answers please.

This would be a 'Intentional medical malpractice suit' if her depression was accepted as mental incompetence.

Not my parents, my parents are wonderful. It's a really close friend of mine's parents.

She'll be eighteen next June and is a junior in high school. I feel that she's wasted away her teen years due to her psychotic parents. Like seriously psycho.

She's never spent the night at anyone's house, she's not allowed to walk down the street--not even five houses down, she's not allowed at the mall, not allowed to ride in any of her friend's cars when the parent is even driving, when she tries to hang out with friends they try to discourage her.

Her parents aren't home most of the time, either, but she's not allowed out of her house for anything. So she wastes away on the internet day in and day out, barely allowed to come to my house every Friday--with much reluctance on her parent's part--and every time she comes over they want her home before nine.

They hate all of her friends. Even the friends that make straight A's. They don't want her having friends at all.

How can she deal?

No one makes me want to flip off a channel, and flip the TV off than Stephen A. Smith. He doesn't know what he's talking about, and he overcompensates with outrageous statements and by getting louder.
