well, whats your opinion of what a real christian is and do you consider yourself a real christian?

A Christian is someone who follows the teachings of Jesus. ..as for a "real" Christian..first they say God isn't real ..now they are after us?

First of all you have to really believe in Christ the lord with all your heart and soul, and follow his teachings to the book, then and only then can you call your self a real true Christian, I do not know of any in this world today.

A true Christian is a person who has put his or her faith and trust in the person of Jesus Christ and fact that He died on the cross as payment for sins and rose again on the third day to obtain victory over death and to give eternal life to all who believe in Him. John 1:12 tells us: “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.” A true Christian is indeed a child of God, a part of God’s true family, and one who has been given new life in Christ. The mark of a true Christian is love for others and obedience to God’s Word (1 John 2:4; 1 John 2:10).

The real Christians believe in God in their hearts and ones who claim to be Christians but aren't believe in their heads. In other words, It doesn't matter how knowledgeable you think you are in the Bible or religion, if the Lord is not in your heart and others can't see the Lord working through you then all the knowledge of the Bible or a religion is useless to God. A "real" Christian is one who puts on the mind of Christ so that his actions reflect that. Jesus said you will know them by the fruits that they bear. If you don't see consistently in their life, love, peace, patience, joy, kindness, goodness, longsuffering, etc., then they are not one of God's.
I consider myself a real Christian, God may see things differently.

People who want God in thier life and try not to sin. God is the real judge of who is a christian though, just pray about it. No human has the right to answer that question though, so don't take my advice ask God.

christian means little Christ or Christ-like. When the first Christians were named there was a lot of persecution that came with. Yes, if it came down to my dying or being tortured for my beliefs I will stand for Christ no matter what.

A real christian tries to follow the teachings of Jesus and his example.
They do not judge.
They love without conditions.
Jesus ask that we love our neighbor. Notice that there is no except for in the statement.
