We use Colavita Extra Virgin Olive oil - it has a better flavor than some of the other oils that I usually see at the grocery store.

No you will desire to no longer fry meals in olive oil. the rationalization is that olive oil has a lots decrease smoking element than different vegetable oils including corn, canolr, or peanut oil. i'm Italian and that they on no account fry something in olive oil in Italy, the two. Olive oil is terrific used the two room temperature, or for low warmth cooking. I n Turkey, they have an entire type of meals called yagli meals sauteed in warm olive oil regardless of if it iis on no account brought to a boiling element. final yet no longer least, solid olive oil is amazingly costly to apply for frying

Bertolli Extra Virgin, it has a great taste and isn't too oily on your food. I use it on everything that I can.

I use whatever they have at Costco. I really like Alessi, but don't buy it unless it's a special occasion b/c it's kind of spendy.
