how do i keep my shower head from trying to kill me by falling off all the time?

i was shavig my legs and the shower head fell, i had to almost get stiches

Shower heads can be ruthless. Your only hope is to kill it before it kills you.

I agree with M1A, with the exception of UNSCREWING the shower head. You stated it fell and hit your unshaved leg, so it is already "unscrewed". Continue with M1A'S following steps. I hope no one else got hurt!

unscrew the showerhead and get teflon tape, wrap some around the water pipe for a tighter fit for your showerhead
