Try this site if you are running Windows..
It will show you step by step how to defrag your hard drive...
You cant delete all the memory but this will clean out the stuff that you don't need.

RAM stands for Random Access Memory. You can not "delete" RAM (unless you physically remove the RAM chip), so I assume you mean "clear" your memory.

When computer programs start up and run, they are "loaded" into memory. When you access websites, this information is also stored in memory.

So to "clear" or "free up" some of your computers RAM, you need to disable from startup or close actively running programs that you are not using.

You also need to "clear or delete" your web history and other temp files.
