Ok well lets put it like this , i have a friend whos roomate has been cursing around the kids(recorded) , yelled when asked to pay her portion of the bills(recorded) that were 2 months past due, and my friend decided it was to much and had to leave because the home was not suitable for her and her daughter , the enviroment was also even effecting her child's preformance at school. SO she decided to leave...........this is taking place in texas. What are the tenants rights and what could the landlord do legally to her?

my son is 1 1/2 months and he almost seems never full so i was thinking about giving him alittle cereal. i talk to alot of people who give there 2 and 3 months old cereal and they are perfectly fine and healthy.

I don't know why you would want to do it, but if someone had a street bike and wanted to limit the top speed to 80 mph, can that be done? I can understand it on a motorcycle for a little kid, but for a full size motorcycle? Is there any kind of chip that can be installed?

So he's blaming me for everything that has happened between us even though he's just as guilty for the way things turned out the way they did. He's ignorant and only see's my wrong doing and not his.
He lied to me over and over again about seeing another girl... I'm no angel myself, i did my wrong in the past, but he's no saint either. Somehow everything's my fault. He's selfish and insincere, doesn't care about my feelings whatsoever.

when water is in a river, lake or water source a city gets there water from is cleaned it goes through all of the processes and then in to homes used water goes through pipes to a cleaning plant then back into the river so how is it clean

if you add the fact about water getting evaporated then it rains back down how can you say that water isnt contaminated.

So I had a HSG (dye test) done to see if my tubes were blocked.. they are not (thank goodness) The question I have is, that the Dr put me on birth control pills last week, so that I would not ovulate while having this procedure done... I only took the pills for a week and stopped them last Thursday. (today is Monday) I am spotting, which I knew would happen. I was just wondering if there is a chance that I will ovulate after this? Or is this not considered a "period". Just wanted to see if anyone else has been through this.

Is there any laws in the UK regarding letting your dog run wild and kill a deer? I was walking my two dogs this evening in the dark and a dog I often see running around the woods without its owner had caught and killed a young deer. This dog has also previously mauled another smaller dog which it was reported for. Its a very large brindle staffi cross.I know who it belongs to and was just wondering if it was worth reporting as it was a wild animal it killed and not someone elses pet...

here it goes....
-my mother-in-law( mil) just retired and has a loads of free time.
- as she has free time she invites her family every weekend on friday night, saturday whole day and sunday whole day
- and as the house is small me and my hubby have no privacy..we both work 5 days a week and r tired and look forward to the weekends to spend together but we can't.
-bottom line we both r tired of her family coming over and disturbing our lives. my father-in-law hates that too.
plus, she just sits there and talks and i have to do all the work..cook, clean, make coffee and entertain them.
WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP THAT?
the problem is that we live in their house because they asked us too.( my hubby is a doctor and we can afford our own house!) but "they will be lonely and they r old", says my sister in law who has to interfere in everything..and when they get old doesn't want to share the responsibilty with us. So this is why just to take care of them we live with them but contribute $3000 eve
