My youngest son (9) says his skin is very itchy after his bath time, I even see him scratching his legs right now. His skin also gets real wrinkly, but what can I do to stop the itch?

He says its most itchy at his face, legs, arms and back.

Can you still receive commission as a 2nd Lieutenant if you go through the Army ROTC program and you don't accept the ROTC scholarship or stipend?

I am receiving scholarship money to go to college which pretty much covers a full ride. On the side, I am doing Army ROTC at my college.

The ROTC scholarship covers a full ride, but if I accept that then I have to repay the Army back with 4 years of Active Duty and 4 years on Reserves.

I was wondering that if I complete the ROTC program and don't accept their money (become a contracted cadet) can I still receive a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant?

So I went away on business for about 10 days and my battery was dead in my BRAND new car. This happened again about a week ago when I went away again I do have one of those IPod transmitters that plugs into the cig lighter, BUT there was no IPod in the transmitter either time. The dream act did not pass.Which have led many illegal children with no hopes and less opportunites in this country. You cut the wings off a young illegal immigrant that has been in this country for a long period of time, honor roll students , top class graduates, high SAT's scores, great athletes, and whats worst they didn't ask to come here they were brought here.You treat us like criminals thinking that we are stealing your money and taking your jobs.Thats not true.We came here with the same purpose as you did .We came here looking for freedom, opportunities, and for a new begining. My question is if the english came here illegaly fought for there independence from the British for and in this country, african americans fought for there equality and freedom in this Country, why can't a simple act that is trying to let illegal students have the same opportunities as a regular citizien not pass.Are u intimidated or jealous? I am doing a report of changes inside America after 9/11 and while I discuss this, I am not sure of the complete effects it changes. I had always assumed that they shared information on a hierarchy. All lower groups could access data that was cleared for them, but there would be classified information for the higher ups. Does anyone know anything about this or can you provide links to find more information? I tried google but i havent found what i'm asking for here. Thanks.

It requires two rings of satellites in orbit. The inner ring would be geostationary & transmit its generated energy to a surface relay station, it ability to transmit automatically shut off if it fails to receive the feedback signal from the relay station that tells it it's still properly aligned (wouldn't want a trail of scorched earth if one of them happened to drift off course).

The outer band would consist of copper-bearing satellites set to orbit in the opposite direction and as quickly as possible.

In short, spinning magnetic field + metal surrounding it = electricity. The only way it would possibly run out is if the Earth stopped spinning on its axis, in which event we'd have more than energy needs to worry about.

I call this a "Faraday Belt". Would it work?

I am signing up for a class next semester (required) where I heard the professor grades using a "pure bell curve". This means that the grading distribution is already set at the BEGINNING of the course.

However, this worries me. Because a pure bell curve means that it's not impossible, albeit rather unlikely, that if everyone does "A work", and I end up doing "B+ work", I could fail the course--that is, if my understanding of said system is correct.

In the event of such a case, are there alternatives? In other words, if the system turns out to be an "unfair" grading system due to the aforementioned hypothetical case, are there measures put in place to protect the interests of students? By the way, I attend a Florida public university.

It gives a definite black streak on a streak plate and possibly has some pyrite inclusions. Can barely be scratched with a steel nail. I don't have the materials to see if it flouresces.
