That is so crazy. I have a 3 yr old daughter that was born on Oct 12. Her real name is Kaylee and we call her Kiwi and I love it. If she doesn't like it when she gets older then we will find something else. Who knows? I get questions all the time as to where we came up with it.

Hey,
Well first you would be suprised, as she gets older she may still like kiwi.

My 11 year old was Pookie Bear when she was little, my hubby and I as she got older stopped and she freaked out and thought we didn't love her anymore cause she wasnt our pookie bear, so now to this day we call her Pooks for short, this way lol she knows we love her! Kids are funny!

I think you can go with eri, like airie, or E.

Either way Kiwi may stick!

I like Kiwi, and i don't think you can force a nickname.

A nick name is something that just happens i don't believe you can choose one and have it stick.

I have a friend who's nick name is mouse has been since she was little and everyone calls her that.

Well if you just have to give her a nickname you could call her E or Bee but don't call her food just not cool for a growing girl in a world that associates food with to much in a females life as it is.

Erin's a sweet name. What are her initials? Maybe EJ, or whathaveyou? Ren? Errie (airy)? I think Kiwi isn't an awful nickname. It definitely could be worse.

I had a family friend who we all called Poopy Butt until he was ten or eleven. He kind of liked it, for that matter. His real name was Lawrence, which he hated more than Poopy Butt.

i really dont think you need a nick name for a name that short my name is amy and i never had a nickname, where as my sisters name is samantha and she was nicknamed horrychild now she is just horrit, same with my hubby he is 24 and his dad still calls him bubs.
And i think that kiwi is a really cute nickname

I think Erin is short enough to be a nickname.

Erry or Inny? Bit hard to nickname with a name that short. Just stick to Erin its pretty the way it is!

Best of luck and congratulations on your beautiful baby girl!
