MS Publisher experts, I can't get the printout of the whole text which is visible on screen.How to fix it?

I have a Publisher file. I want to take the printout of the whole text which is visible on screen but the print is cut on all the sides and the entire text is not printed.

Print Preview also does not show the whole text.

I even used foolscap paper, but it has not helped.

I tried to make its pdf file, but the text is cut in that also.

How can I take the printout of the whole text which is visible on screen

This is almost a rhetorical question, but I don't understand something about heaven. I believe in it, but how does religion come into play? Is there a different heaven for each religion, and I can't believe god would send somebody to hell just for not believing in him the same way or at all. Plus there are so many different views of heaven and hell, so how does religion come into play with heaven and hell?

I am 20 years old and I'll be 21 in April i am currently in a relationship with my high school sweetheart he's the same age as i am. But things aren't going that well. I've been thinking about older men lately especially one of my high school teachers i believe he was 40 something when i was in high school. I often think about me and the teacher having sex i wish i could some how get in contact with him or email address. But i can't i only know his first and last name. My boyfriend doesn't know i feel this way i haven't told him. I think about other older men too like if I'm at a store and i see some old man. Now I'm not attracted to any of my family members so I'm not interested in incest. And when i say older men i mean men 50 and up i don't know why i feel this way i fantasize about being trapped with some old man in a room and other sexual things.
