Call the department that you think put him or her unto jail and see if they have them.

MOST JAILS HAVE A COMPUTER BASED BOOKING RECORD OF INDIVIDUALS INCARCERATED.
BY NAME AT BOOKING AND RECORDS CHECK. THIS IS DONE BY THE LAST NAME FIRST AND THEN FIRST NAME.

SO IF NAME IS JOHN ROBERT ASK FOR A ROBERT LAST NAME FIRST NAME JOHN.
